 Online Shopping Step-by-Step
If you're new to shopping online with us, here is a step-by-step guide to help answer any questions you may have about your
shopping experience. If you still have questions after reading this, please
contact us. We are always happy to help.
- Search: To find a specific product, type the title or name of the author/artist into the Search field. Select the type of
search you wish to perform (Title, Author or Subject), and then click the "Go" button.
- See More Details: You will see a list of products with titles and prices. You can click on the item's image or title for more
information about that specific item.
- Select an Item: If the item is in stock, click on the red "Add To Cart" button to put this item in your shopping
basket.
- Your Shopping Basket: Now you have placed an item in your basket, but have not yet bought anything. At any time, you can
return to this page to see what items you currently have in your shopping basket.
- Change the Quantity: If you'd like to, you can change the quantity of items to order by typing the new quantity in the "Qty"
box of your shopping basket and then clicking "Update." This will also automatically update your subtotal.
- Continue Shopping: If you're looking at your shopping basket and you want to find more items, click
on "Continue" in the left hand corner. At any time, if you want to remove an item from your shopping basket, check the "Remove"
box next to the item, and then click "Update."
- Checkout: If all the items that you want to buy are in your shopping basket, go to your shopping
basket, and click "Check Out."
- Enter Your E-mail: You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and your password (if you have provided one for us
previously). If you never provided us with a password, enter your e-mail address and click on “No, I am Not a Registered Visitor.”
Later in the check out process, you will be able to register if you choose to. Then click the “Next” arrow.
- Billing & Shipping Address: If you have not registered with us, fill in your billing address as it appears on your credit
card statement. Then, if you want your order shipped to the same address as your billing address, click “Ship the Order to My Billing
Address” at the top of the gray column. If not, fill in the shipping address and click “Next”.
- Shipping Method: The "Ground" shipping option will be chosen for you by default. If you want to upgrade for faster or different
shipping, click on another option. To find more information about each shipping method,
click here. On this page, you can also choose to have your order gift-wrapped.
- Finish: Next, you will see a summary of your order, including all additional charges such as handling fees and taxes
(only for California residents). Enter your Credit Card information and click "Continue." At this point, your order has
been finalized and will be sent to our distributor for shipment.
Your order will generally ship within 24 hours of placement (except for orders placed on a weekend, which will be shipped the
